Built from doing the work
Corral grew out of our consulting work for large retailers. We were helping store design, construction, merchandising, and procurement teams deal with many of the same challenges:
- Hard to find information – What is the latest version or update?
- Important details buried in emails – Is that person still with the company?
- Teams using different tools and systems – Can we give our external partners access?
- Too much time wasted – Answering the same questions and reinventing the wheel
These seemingly small challenges compound over time and become more complicated at scale. When you are managing changes across hundreds or thousands of retail locations, the extended network of people, pace of the work, and amount of turnover combine to make this a significant business problem to solve.
Corral was built specifically for this purpose – to connect everyone through a shared website that bridges the specialized workflows of each team in your organization.
